Ashley serves as the Events Coordinator for the Eastern Shore Yacht and Country Club, where she’s honed her expertise in managing elegant gatherings with precision and creativity. Hannah, who recently celebrated her own wedding on the Shore, previously held the role of Wedding Coordinator at the Yacht and Country Club, where she gained invaluable experience making dream weddings a reality. Together, they combined their passion for hospitality and their deep local knowledge to establish By the Bay.
